Renowned Pakistani singer Haniya Aslam, who rose to fame with the music band ‘Zeb and Haniya’ through Coke Studio, has passed away.
The news was confirmed by her cousin and fellow singer, Zeb Bangash, who announced on her official Instagram account that Haniya died on August 11 due to a heart attack.

Haniya Aslam and Zeb Bangash founded the music band ‘Zeb and Haniya’ in 2007, and they gained widespread recognition with their song ‘Paimana’ in Season 2 of Coke Studio in 2008.
After achieving fame through Coke Studio, Haniya Aslam moved to Canada in 2014 to complete her education and began her solo career there in 2016.
Upon returning to Pakistan, she made significant contributions as a music composer for various films.
